Having returned from a long holiday, we were all very excited to kick start our year 4 with our District Health Office  posting(something about community medicine has won over our hearts). During the briefing session, we were told that our posting destination will be Kubang Pasu district and that we will be required to be attached to the DHO for a period of two weeks. Kubang Pasu....we whispered the name to ourselves and wondered silently what the place might have in store for us. So, we began searching vigorously about the place over the internet and offered a satisfied smile to each other. Kubang Pasu, being the largest district in Kedah is also known as 'The state that is standing strong'. So, we did all the final preparations and kept our fingers crossed that the journey we are about to embark on will yield fruitful outcomes. Tomorrow morning as we rise from sleep, our hearts will leap with excitement and we will begin the posting with enthusiasm.
